Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC)
Refund, Rescheduling, Attendance, LMS Completion & Communication Policy
- Limited Seating Acknowledgment
The Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) is a limited-seating course.
Enrollment reserves a specific seat at a specific date and location selected by the student at the time of registration.
By completing registration, the student acknowledges that their seat is being held exclusively for them and that capacity is strictly limited.
- No Refund Policy
All EVOC course registrations are final.
Once payment is submitted and enrollment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Schedule conflicts
- Failure to attend
- Failure to complete required coursework
- Employment or agency changes
- Travel complications
- Illness or personal circumstances
Tuition is non-refundable.
- Hybrid Course Requirement (Online LMS + In-Person Driving Practical)
EVOC is delivered in a hybrid format consisting of:
- Online Learning Management System (LMS) coursework
- In-person driving practical assessment
Students are required to:
- Complete all required online LMS modules in full.
- Successfully complete all required quizzes and course requirements.
- Print the official course completion certificate issued by the LMS.
The printed course completion certificate is required for admission to the driving practical.
This printed certificate serves as the student’s ticket for admission into the in-person driving assessment.
Electronic copies, digital versions, screenshots, or email confirmations will not be accepted.
Failure to present a printed LMS completion certificate at check-in may result in denial of participation in the practical session and forfeiture of tuition.
Failure to complete the required online LMS coursework will result in forfeiture of seat and forfeiture of tuition.
- Communication & Email Responsibility Policy
All official course communications will be sent via email.
Students must:
- Add training@trilogyems.com to their safe sender list.
- Understand that communications may also be sent from other @trilogyems.com email addresses.
- Monitor their email regularly, including spam and junk folders.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they receive and review all course-related communications.
Trilogy Emergency Medical Solutions is not responsible for non-delivery of email due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses entered at registration, full inboxes, firewall restrictions, or failure to monitor email.
Failure to receive or review email communications does not excuse absence, missed deadlines, or non-compliance with course requirements.
- Attendance & Practical Assessment Communication Policy
Students must attend the in-person driving practical on the date and at the location selected during registration.
Typically, on the Monday prior to the scheduled course date, students will receive an email containing:
- The exact reporting time
- The confirmed address of the driving location
- Any additional logistical instructions
Students will be required to confirm receipt of the date, time, and location of their practical assessment.
Failure to review and confirm this communication does not excuse absence.
Failure to attend the scheduled driving practical without prior written rescheduling approval will result in:
- Forfeiture of seat
- Forfeiture of tuition
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- One-Time Rescheduling Policy
Trilogy Emergency Medical Solutions permits a one-time reschedule to another available EVOC course date.
Rescheduling Conditions:
- Requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
training@trilogyems.com - Requests must be made prior to the originally scheduled course date.
- The rescheduled course must occur within 90 days of the original course date.
- Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
Failure to reschedule within 90 days of the original course date will result in:
- Forfeiture of seat
- Forfeiture of tuition
Failure to attend the rescheduled course will also result in forfeiture of tuition.
- Policy Acknowledgment
By registering for the EVOC course, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Rescheduling, Attendance, LMS Completion, and Communication Policy.
