Trilogy EMS provides professional training solutions throughout the United States and internationally. Hosting a Trilogy course allows your organization to reduce training costs, eliminate travel expenses, and deliver high-quality instruction directly to your personnel or students.
In addition to traditional hosted courses, Trilogy EMS offers a B2B Training Solutions Program designed to support educational institutions, EMS agencies, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, private security companies, and other eligible organizations through flexible, scalable training delivery.
Organizations may host training through one of the following models:
Open Course
An Open Course is co-hosted by the requesting organization and is open to outside participants.
The co-hosting organization:
- Provides classroom space and practical training locations
- Assists with marketing and outreach (email, internal notifications, mailings, etc., as available)
In return, Trilogy EMS:
- Provides complimentary seats to the co-hosting organization
- Offers discounted tuition for additional seats purchased by the co-host
- Manages registration, course administration, and certification
Open Courses are publicly listed and marketed by Trilogy EMS unless otherwise specified.
Closed Course
A Closed Course is conducted exclusively for the requesting organization.
The co-hosting organization:
- Provides classroom and practical training locations
- Covers the full cost of the course under a single invoice
- Supplies all students from within the organization
Closed Courses:
- Are not listed on the Trilogy EMS website
- Are not marketed to outside participants
- Do not require individual pre-registration
- Require submission of a student roster at least two weeks prior to course start
Payment must be received prior to the course start date.
B2B Training Solutions (LMS + On-Site Delivery)
Trilogy EMS offers a Business-to-Business (B2B) training model designed for organizations that require ongoing, scalable, and cost-effective training solutions.
Through this model, organizations can:
- Enroll cohorts or entire departments into Trilogy’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Deliver didactic content online using Trilogy-developed curriculum
- Conduct hands-on skills training and evaluations on-site using agency or program instructors
- Maintain local control while leveraging Trilogy’s nationally developed course content
This model is ideal for:
- Colleges and EMS educational programs
- Fire and EMS agencies
- Law enforcement and tactical teams
- Private security and corporate safety programs
- Other eligible institutions requiring standardized training at scale
Organizations may purchase bulk enrollments or registration codes and deploy training on their own schedule while maintaining compliance and instructional quality.
